Last Friday morning at All Saints Parish Hall we were trying out painting trees in oils when we had a visitor from Overgate Hospice.
Ellena, one of the fundraising team, thanked members for their wonderful artwork that features in this year’s calendar. She brought a huge ‘cheque’ with her showing how much money has been raised to date from the sales. Halifax Art Society has been asked to provide the artwork for the calendar of 2020 and it is a privilege to help the Hospice in this way.
