Last Friday the Halifax Art Society went on a trip to the Ilkley Art Show. It was a lovely day out and a good time was had by all.
As the summer months are racing by, time has come that bit closer to the opening date of our prestigious Heritage Weeks Exhibition at the Halifax Minster.
Since the TV series of Gentleman Jack which relates the life and times of Anne Lister of Shibden Hall, it seems the Halifax Minster is on every tourist to Halifax must-do list. People are coming from all over the world, and hopefully will continue to do so.
