4th July 2025 – Today we celebrated Wainhouse Tower being 150 years old. Lynda brought in photos, pictures and a lino cutting to help inspire members to create their own artwork of the wonderful structure.

27th June 2025 – This workshop was led by Carol, who brought in many examples about perspectives, some worksheets we could use to practice with and illustrative books.






























20th June 2025 – Members had the opportunity to visit the allotments or use one of the photos/pictures of roses and other flowers provided to create artwork for the allotment calendar.
























13th June 2025 – Members had a choice of creating an artwork using a style/technique from the artist Bomberg following the talk given by Dominic Vince last week.

















6th June 2025 – Art Historian, Dominic, gave another interesting and insightful talk about David Bomberg – now recognised as one of the 20th century’s leading British artist despite being largely overlooked during his lifetime. His career spanned several distinct phases from early geometric compositions with bold colours to his later, more figurative and expressionistic landscapes. He lived in London and travelled widely in the Middle East and Europe.
