On 31st March, Lynda led a workshop on fast portaits. It involved sketching portraits of each other, using only fine-line pens, each one being done in less than 20 minutes. Pens and paper were provided. At the end of the morning a ‘Rogues Gallery’ was set up. This was a challenging but really fun day, with members producing some lovely work.

The shape and colour workshop led by Lynne was about black and white chess pieces. Lynne provided many examples of other artists works and different chess objects which helped to inspire members to produce some stunning work.

The workshop was led by Janet, who brought along some peacock feather drawings, information on how to paint one as well as many lovely examples she had painted herself. This inspired members to produce some amazing pictures.
